1. HOW CAN I ORDER A SET OF CUSTOM HEADLIGHTS?
We have many diverse options and ways to order our custom headlights for our customers! Headlight builds are available both through our store if you know exactly what you want OR through email (firstname.lastname@example.org)/website contact form/DM on our social media (Instagram and Facebook) if you want to explore our options!
2. DO YOU HAVE SPLIT PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR CUSTOM HEADLIGHT BUILDS?
Yes we certainly do! Only through custom orders placed outside of the web store (i.e. email/website contact form/social media DM) you can secure a 50/50 payment plan. This allows you to pay upfront a deposit equaling 50% of the total service cost, then upon completion of your headlight build we will ship them out to you once we notify you AND receive the remaining 50% of the service cost payment from you.
Once again, 50/50 payment plans are only applicable on customized headlight build services, not through any other service/products we have! All split payment options must be paid off within 10 days of completion, or the set will be forfeited and deposit will NOT refunded.
3. WHAT PRICE DO YOUR CUSTOM HEADLIGHT BUILDS START AT?
Our custom lights start at $375* and that includes new OEM-style headlights and one set (1) of 2.5 H1 projectors, and your choice of a limited selection of housing and reflector painting! We aim to provide a show-level build with functionality in mind, without breaking the bank!

4. CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN HEADLIGHTS OR DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW PAIR FOR A HEADLIGHT BUILD?
No, we do not work on used headlights as they pose a risk to potential issues with the functionality and quality of our builds. We order headlight sets in new condition in-house and included in your service invoice to ensure that your build is in top standard for looks and function!
5. CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN PRODUCTS TO BE APPLIED TO MY HEADLIGHT BUILD?
If you have any parts you desire to be added to your custom build, feel free to send them to us! We are not responsible for any OEM or third party products / parts purchased and / or shipped to us by you.
6. WHAT IS HYDRO-DIPPING?
Hydro dipping (also known as immersion printing, water transfer printing and hydro imaging ) is a unique process we specialize in that allows us to apply graphics to almost any three-dimensional object (including headlight housings!) The pattern is printed onto a film that can be floated on top of the water, then the film is dissolved leaving just the ink. The ink is hydrophobic, so it doesn't mix with the water and will stick to any dry surface that comes in contact with it.
7. DO YOU ONLY HYDRO-DIP HEADLIGHT HOUSINGS?
To put it simply, no! We can hydro-dip ANY small part within 2 feet width and 2 feet height! That includes, but is not limited to:
Engine bay parts (battery/fuse box covers, reservoirs, etc.)
Side mirror covers
Gas tank doors/caps
Door handles (interior and exterior)
8. I AM INTERESTED IN HYDRO-DIPPING SERVICES, HOW DO I INITIATE AN ORDER?
Hydro-dipping services and hydro-dipped custom headlights builds can be ordered only through a custom order inquiry through email, website contact form, or social media DM (Instagram or Facebook). Shoot us a message on these platforms so we can work with you in getting your car looking RIGHT!
If ordering hydro-dipping services unrelated to a custom headlight build from us, customer is responsible for sending the item they would like hydro-dipped to the shop.
9. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS NOT PLACED ON THE WEB STORE CHECKOUT, standard shipping is covered by the customer for both ways, for domestic and international orders. The customer will have the shipping costs added to the remainder of the balance (if doing a deposit plan) for completed headlight builds / other services that are ready to be sent back.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS PLACED THROUGH THE WEB STORE CHECKOUT, good news! Shipping is included in the price for each headlight build item. Headlights are considered fragile items, and lights should be packaged to move as little as possible and fully protected during the shipment procedure so that they are in one piece. If headlights are subjected to damage during shipping, we urge customers to contact the shipping provider to file a claim, as we are not liable for damage or loss incurred during shipping.
10. WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE TURN AROUND PERIOD?
We strive to offer high quality services with a quick turn around that doesn’t sacrifice the quality of our products / services. Turn around periods are typically 1-3 weeks upon receiving headlights / your product. We ship out our builds using USPS Priority to account for our turn around.
For orders placed through the web store checkout, once we receive your order confirmation, your headlights and/or parts, if not stocked, will be ordered on the day of acknowledgement of the notification for your order (1 business day). Once the parts and/or headlights are delivered to the shop (2-4 business days), we will initiate your build and/or package to be prepared for top quality and shipped upon our quality check prior to leaving the shop!
For orders placed through custom email/DM order, once receive your payment / deposit, your headlights and/or parts, if not stocked, will be ordered on the day of acknowledgement of the notification for your order (1- 2 business days). Once the parts and/or headlights are delivered to the shop (2-4 business days), we will initiate your build and/or package to be prepared for top quality and shipped upon our quality check prior to leaving the shop!
11. DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY ON YOUR HEADLIGHT BUILDS?
We certainly do! All headlight builds are checked thoroughly and tested for any possible flaws before leaving the shop. As your assurance of the quality of our services / products, we offer a 60 day warranty on all components and craftsmanship after leaving the shop. If builds are determined to be qualified for our warranty, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer for lights to be sent back and reworked, while return shipping will be covered by us. Labor is inclusive to the warranty while you are entitled to the remainder of the manufacture warranty on parts if they are determined to be covered under their warranty conditions.
Warranties are non-transferable from customer to customer.
The 60 day warranty is voided if headlight builds are opened by anyone or any business other than LIGHT CREATIONZ, LLC, there is evident misuse of supplied hardware accessories in installing the headlights, our products are subjected to abuse, modification of its original finished build after leaving the shop, negligence, accident or collision, or improper install of the lights for which it is not designed for.
12. WHAT IF MY HEADLIGHTS ENCOUNTER FUNCTIONALITY ISSUES AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
For warranty claims on headlight builds after 60 days or voided warranty claims, we will be happy to fix any issues you have trouble resolving. Labor fees may be incurred to resolve any issues/parts needing to be replaced. Components may be covered by the manufacture warranty depending on the time sent back. After the 60 day warranty, shipping costs both ways will be the responsibility of the customer.
We not liable for product/service costs on installations conducted by other businesses/persons. The customer acknowledges and accepts LIGHT CREATIONZ, LLC is not responsible for any costs or refunding the costs if there is a warranty claim that requires the lights to be removed / reinstalled.
13. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Build products are eligible for a full return 15 days after the shipping receipt. Customer is entitled to a full refund for the amount of the original purchase to the original form of payment , not including shipping costs to send them back to us and the 20% restocking fee off the original amount. All items eligible for a return must be uninstalled and in new condition, and must include their original box, packaged material, and accessories.
We do not offer returns for custom headlight builds and its components. All sales are final upon submission of deposit or full . There are no cancellations of headlight build orders or any product. All products and services we offer are one-off and time matters in respect of this to the fullest.
